G4 posted the Comicon trailer for the new Tron movie.  I don’t know what I was expecting with this new movie.  Maybe that it would be a little less Tron-ey looking?  Don’t get me wrong, I’m still shitting my panties with excitement over this Tron 2.0 (along with Tron guy who I’m sure blew a load in his sexy white leggings when he saw this), but c’mon.  It’s been 27 years since the first movie came out.  You’d think they would be able to come up with something a little more visually interesting while still staying true to the original Tron concept.  Seems to me this is yet another movie that preys on the nostalgia of my youth who’s real purpose is to sell shitty toys and video games.  Oh well.  I’ll just try to remember to bring lube to the theatre to make the eyeball and childhood memory raping that’s sure to commence more bearable.
